Day 01: Arrive Delhi


On your arrival in Delhi airport / railway station, you will be picking up & transfer to the hotel. Check-in the hotel and freshen up. Afterwards, embark on a sightseeing tour of New Delhi, with visits to the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple and Lotus Temple. You will also be driven past the Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhawan and Rajpath. Stay overnight at hotel.


Day 02: Delhi - Agra ( Approx 225 Kms)


After an early morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Agra. Arrive at Agra, check in at a hotel and relax a while. Post lunch, visit the world famous Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Akbar's Fort at Sikandra, Dayal Bagh Temple, Jami Masjid. Stay overnight at hotel.


Day 03: Agra - Jaipur ( Approx 235 Kms)


After breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and drive towards Jaipur, Enroute there will be a stopover at Fatehpur Sikri, the historical town built by Akbar where you can see the Bulund Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world; Upon arrival at Jaipur, check into the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.


Day 04: Jaipur


After breakfast visit to Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort and City Palace as well as Hawa Mahal. Post lunch; visit Albert Museum and rest of the time shopping in the vibrant markets of Jaipur such as the Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar. In evening you go for dinner at Rajasthani ethnic resort with folk music. Stay overnight at hotel.


Day 05: Jaipur –Ajmer ( Approx 160 kms / 3-4 hrs)


Today after breakfast checkout from the hotel at Jaipur and drive to Ajmer. Ajmer is a blend of Sufi culture and Hindu religion. Ajmer has always been a coveted and strategic place for the Rajputs, the Mughals and the Marathas. Ajmer was the seat of administration for the Chauhans till Prithviraj was defeated in 1193 AD by Mohammad Ghauri. It then became a part of the Delhi Sultanate. However, Rana Kumbha of Mewar and Raja Maldeo again established Rajput rule over Ajmer. The annual Urs at Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti is held on a grand scale and attracts pilgrims from all over the world irrespective of their caste and religion.
Places to watch: Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah, Urs Fair, Ana Sagar Lake, Govt. Museum – Ajmer, Taragarh Fort, Nasiyan (Jain Temple)


Day 06: Ajmer- Jodhpur (320 kms / approx. 7 hour drive)


Today check out from Ajmer, you will drive to the Marwar capital city of Jodhpur, sprawled around the impressive cliff top Meherangarh Fort. On arrival, check into your hotel. The evening is free to explore the textile and antique markets. Overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 07: Jodhpur (Visit Meherangarh Fort )


This morning after breakfast, visit the imposing Meherangarh Fort. Explore the various museums that house the finest artifacts of the Royal family of Jodhpur. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 08: Jodhpur - Udaipur (260kms approx)


After breakfast, check out from the Hotel at Jodhpur & drive to Udaipur, Enroute visit the Jain Temple of Ranakpur. This temple is unique as it has 200 pillars, each one carved differently and 29 halls adorned with beautiful carving and sculptures. Check in and overnight stay at the hotel in Udaipur, the City of Lakes


Day 09: Udaipur


After breakfast ,start your sightseeing tour with a visit to Sahelion-Ki-Bari. Then proceed to visit the Museum of folk art, which has a rich collection of folk dresses, puppets, dolls, masks, ornaments, folk musical instruments and paintings on display. Afterwards visit the City Palace, the biggest palace complex in India, where four generations of Maharajas added mansions and palaces. You also visit the museum of the palace, which includes the beautiful peacock mosaic and miniature wall paintings of Indian mythology. In the evening take a boat ride on the lake Pichola. Overnight stay at the hotel in Udaipur.


Day 10: Departure Udaipur


Today bid farewell to your ‘Colours of Rajasthan’ tour, as you will get transferred to Udaipur airport or Udaipur railway station for your onward journey.
